Terms of Use

T2Car is a technical reference tool. The most important point on this page is in section 4: the documentation here narrows down where a fault may be; it does not replace diagnosis on the vehicle itself.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading and using T2Car, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is distributed through the App Store and is therefore also bound by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where the two documents conflict, Apple's document prevails.

2. Scope of use

You may use the app for reference, learning and repair purposes. You may not:

  • Bulk extract, copy or redistribute the data catalog in any form.
  • Use automated tools to access the servers other than through the official app.
  • Reverse engineer, tamper with or bypass the app's protection layers.
  • Resell access or share a VIP account with others.

There is no reading quota: the server does not limit the number of documents you view per day or by data volume. To block automated access, the server only limits bursts of requests within each minute for a single account. Automated traffic, or traffic showing signs of abuse, may be slowed down or temporarily rejected.

3. Data and intellectual property

The exploded diagrams, part numbers, diagnostic trouble codes and specifications in the app are technical reference data compiled, standardized and checked by T2Car in its own systems. Diagnostic trouble codes follow the SAE J2012 standard.

Car brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to refer to that specific brand — this is indicative use, as every parts catalog does. T2Car is not affiliated with, and not sponsored by, any car brand.

4. Limitation of liability

This is the most important section. Please read it carefully.

The documentation in T2Car is for reference. A diagnostic trouble code narrows down the area where a fault is suspected; it is not a diagnostic conclusion and does not replace a hands-on inspection of the vehicle by a qualified person.

The catalog may be incomplete, out of date by version, or may not match your specific vehicle because of a different market, a different year of manufacture, or because parts on the vehicle have been replaced. Before ordering parts or disassembling or reassembling anything, check against the VIN and against the actual parts on the vehicle.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on the data in the app, including buying the wrong parts, incorrect disassembly or assembly, equipment damage, or business losses. The app is provided “as is”.

5. Data coverage

We do not promise that every vehicle has diagrams. The actual rate is published openly on the home page, and the app states clearly on screen when a vehicle has no documentation yet, instead of letting you tap in and only then find it empty.

6. VIP plan

Free accounts can view the Audi/BMW trial scope published by the server in the app. VIP unlocks the content currently in the catalog; coverage is still shown per vehicle. Neither Free nor VIP has a limit on the number of documents read per day. On iOS, the app retrieves plans, localized prices and billing periods from the App Store.

  • Payment, renewal and cancellation are all managed by Apple.
  • VIP belongs to the T2Car account that made the purchase. When you change devices, sign in to the correct account and use Restore Purchases if needed.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time, in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds follow Apple's policy and are requested through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Account

When you use Apple or Google, the app sends a signed identity token to the server to verify it and create an account. Account information is stored on the device and on the server to grant permissions, sync work data and support switching devices. Each account can be used on only one device at a time: signing in on another device signs out the device currently in use. The old device receives the sign-out notice when it next contacts the server. Garage members use their own accounts and role-based permissions. You can delete your account in the app — see Delete account and data.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the update date at the top of the page will change accordingly. We may also stop providing the service or restrict access in cases of conduct that violates section 2.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Please send any questions to [email protected].
