Data & support

Understand the data coverage before you start

A catalogue can cover many makes and model lines, but the depth of data varies between them. Knowing how to read the coverage helps you set the right expectations for the job.

01. Look at the data in three layers

Makes in the catalogue show the range you can choose from. Vehicles with diagrams show what drawing data is available. The information on each part shows what you can actually look up in a specific result.

  • Is the make in the catalogue?
  • Is there data for the model line and configuration you need?
  • Does the diagram or result have enough information for the job at hand?

02. Separate access from coverage

A paid plan opens access to the content provided. Subscribing doesn't automatically fill in data that's missing for a model line.

Check the data coverage and sample content in the app before you decide. If you're unsure, send T2Car the make, vehicle and content you need and we'll talk it through.

03. Send feedback with context

Feedback that includes the vehicle details, the screen name and the code you looked up is easier to check than a general description. Say what you wanted to find and what you saw in the app.
