T2Car partner programme terms

1. Applying and approval

You need a T2Car account signed in with Google. Each account has one partner profile and one partner code; the code cannot be changed once created. We review applications by hand and may decline them or ask for more information. Your link records clicks and commission only while your profile is active.

2. Commission

The commission rates for web VIP plans and for data plans, the commission period, the hold period, the minimum payout and the tier bonuses are published on the programme page and may change. A change applies only to payments made after it takes effect.

Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid after discounts and refunds, for payments made during the commission period from the moment the customer was tied to you. A customer is tied to one partner only; someone already tied to another partner, or who had paid an order before being tied, does not move to you.

3. How referrals are recorded

When a visitor opens your link we set a functional cookie that ties the visitor to you for the published attribution period. The cookie is removed once the visitor has been tied to a partner or when it expires. Orders from your own account earn no commission.

4. Payouts

Commission becomes available after the hold period. Once your available balance reaches the minimum and you have saved a bank account, you can request a payout. We transfer to the saved account after withholding any tax the law requires. You are responsible for declaring tax on your own income.

Commission flagged as unusual is held for manual review and may be rejected.

5. Refunds and reversals

When an order is refunded or its entitlement is revoked, the commission on it is reversed. If it was already paid out, the reversal is deducted from your next payout.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Referring yourself or an account you control.
• Bidding on search keywords that contain T2Car, or using the T2Car name or logo to suggest that you are T2Car or are sponsored by it.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake clicks, or automated tools that generate visits or orders.
• Misleading statements about T2Car, its prices or what a plan includes.
• Injecting code, loading hidden pages or tampering with a visitor's cookies to claim commission.

7. Logos and branding

You may use the official brand kit on the partner page to promote T2Car, unaltered and without implying that T2Car endorses your content. We may ask you to remove content that breaks this rule.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your partner status if you break these terms, and may withhold commission linked to the breach. You may stop taking part at any time; your available balance is still paid out under these terms.

9. Data

We record clicks in hashed form, without storing the original IP address, to detect fraud. You see only a short reference for each customer, never a name or email. See also the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
